a) What information about you is used and what are the respective purposes?
Subject to the strict necessity of the information, in order for us to make the services available to you, we will need to obtain certain information about you, as described below:
• Audio information: Voice of the user at the time of recording that will be projected onto the virtual avatar.
• Usage information: Total time spent using the app, time spent using the app's features.
• Behavioral information: User behavior within the app, number of button clicks, number of repetitions in a specific workflow.
b) Why do we use your information?
We undertake to process your information for specific, legitimate purposes and always ensuring your right to be informed about the processing. To this end, we inform you below the purposes for which we use your information:
· To allow us to identify or authenticate you: verification of credentials, including passwords, where necessary;
· Record videos with users' avatars.
c) Sharing your information
We will share your information solely and exclusively with the technical areas responsible for developing the tool.
d) How do we keep your information secure?
Your information is of paramount importance for the operation of this Application. Thus, the Application has the appropriate and proportionate measures to keep them safe, safe from loss, alteration, destruction or leakage. In addition, the information we obtain through the app also has security measures in place. Among the measures we highlight:
· Controlled location for the storage of information;
· Restricted access by specific persons to the location where personal information is stored;
· Security tools to prevent hacker attacks;
· Administrative measures aimed at the governance of processed personal data.
e) How long do we keep your information?
Your login and password will be kept with us for the duration of our relationship, so that the purposes informed in this document are achieved.

Considering that you are the owner of your information, the applicable legislation ensures you the exercise of some rights, as described below:

· Access to data;
· Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;

· Portability of your data;
· Deletion of data processed with your consent, where applicable;
· Obtaining information about the public or private entities with which we share your data, when applicable;
· Information about the consequences of not providing consent, so that you can make an assertive and guided decision about whether or not to provide this consent;
· Revocation of consent;
· Review of automated decisions;
· Restriction of processing;
· Objection at any time to the processing of personal data, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing.
At this point, all requests will be:
· Provided free of charge;
· Submitted to a form of validation of your identity (so that we can direct the fulfillment of requests, exclusively to the data subject).

Terms of Use – Creators Room
These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you ("You" or "User") and SAMSUNG ELETRÔNICA DA AMAZÔNIA LTDA, a private law entity, registered with the CNPJ under No. 00.280.273/0001-37, headquartered at Avenida dos Oitis, nº 1460, Distrito Industrial, CEP 69075-842, in the city of Manaus, State of Amazonas and any of its legally constituted subsidiaries, to regulate Your use of the "Creators Room".
To use the Application, You must expressly accept the entirety of these Terms of Use by clicking on "I have read and fully agree to these Terms of Use" at the bottom of this page. THEREFORE, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO THE CONDITIONS.
SAMSUNG may modify these Terms of Use whenever it is necessary to reflect changes in the law or changes in its utilities, tools and other facilities. You should regularly review the Terms of Use. The Application may, but shall not be obligated to, post notices informing you of modifications to these Terms of Use on this page. In the event of changes to utilities, tools and new features, such changes will take effect immediately, and it is the User's responsibility to verify the conditions applicable at the time of use of the Application. If You do not agree to the amended terms of the Application, You must discontinue use of our utilities, tools and facilities.
Failure by the User to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use may result in a violation of Brazilian law and the relationship between the User and SAMSUNG in addition to other legal consequences to which the User may be subject due to his actions or omissions.
Register. To use our Application, you need to open an account through registration. The confidentiality and safekeeping of the information kept in the account, including password, are your sole responsibility. You may not use another User's login, password or account. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not provide your account and password to any third party or use the Application on behalf of any third party.
If You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your account or password or any other breach or suspected breach of security, please notify SAMSUNG immediately by email at sidia.apps@sidia.com
Purpose. The Application has the following functionalities:
a) Record video: functionality to record videos and save to the device's gallery;
b) React to video: functionality to react to an existing video selected from the gallery and
record the video with the reaction;
c) Onboard: functionality that shows a tutorial on how to use the application;
d) Theme swapping: functionality to swap the theme/scenario of the app in different templates;
e) Avatar Swapping: functionality integrated into Galaxy Avatar for selecting pre-existing
Avatars for use in the application;
f) Settings: functionality with general application settings, The purpose of the Application is to provide facilities to the user to make recordings with avatars to export and publish online with different themes. Without prejudice to these purposes of the Application, SAMSUNG reserves the right to introduce new, or change the current facilities, services or tools for the User;
g) Content. The answers entered by the User in the Application will be used by SAMSUNG to ensure the purposes proposed by the modules. SAMSUNG may also use this information to conduct research and informative studies for internal or external use, always taking all precautions to respect the User's privacy, according to our Privacy Notice;
h) Basic Rules. The use of the Application requires respect for some basic rules. Therefore, please read the following rules of use carefully before you start participating:
i. To use the Application, You must provide data for registration purposes that will be used for the performance of the Application's functionalities, as well as answer the questions asked by the Application. The User confirms that any registration information or responses submitted are true, accurate and complete.
ii. By means of these Terms of Use, SAMSUNG grants the User a personal, limited, temporary, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Application, without charging the User any compensation of any kind.
iii. The use of the Application by the User is personal and non-transferable and is authorized solely for lawful purposes related to the Purpose for which the Application is intended, in accordance with these Terms of Use. The User does not acquire through these Terms of Use any rights related to the Application, especially intellectual or copyright rights.
iv. If You fail to comply with these Terms of Use or if we are investigating cases of suspected misconduct, we may suspend Your access to our Application, without prior notice, as well as proceed with the appropriate legal measures.
v. It is prohibited to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Application or any network connected to it, as well as to violate the security or authentication measures of the Application or any network connected to it.
vi. It is prohibited to reverse lookup, trace or attempt to trace any information about any other User of the Application to its source or to exploit the Application or any service or information made available on the Application in order to reveal any information, including personal data, other than your own personal information or data.
vii. It is prohibited to impose an unreasonable or disproportionately high load on the infrastructure of the Application, SAMSUNG's systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Application or SAMSUNG.
viii. It is prohibited to use devices, software or routines to interfere or attempt to interfere with the correct functioning of the Application.
ix. The falsification and manipulation of identifiers for the purpose of masking the origin of any interaction with the Application is prohibited.
x. Any other type of violation of the security of the Application and its proper functioning or the privacy of any data and information relating to the Application is prohibited.
i) Privacy Notice. Our Privacy Notice explains how we process your personal data and how we protect your privacy. All terms hereof apply to your use of this Application.
j) Disclaimers. We seek to make the features and content of our application available in the best possible way. However, we cannot guarantee that the Application or any contented feature will be made available uninterrupted, error-free, and that any defects will be corrected. SAMSUNG cannot guarantee that any files, information or data that You eventually download from the Application will be free of viruses or contamination or any other types of destructive features.
k) SAMSUNG disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, and conduct of any third party related in any way to Your use of the Application.
l) This disclaimer applies to any damage caused by failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access, and similar matters, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause.
m) SAMSUNG may take any of the following actions, at any time, without notice: (i) modify or suspend the operation of the Application or access to the Application, or any portion of the Application, for any reason; (ii) modify or change the Application, or any portion of the Application, and any applicable policies or terms; and (iii) interrupt the operation of the Application, or any portion of the Application, as necessary to perform routine or nonroutine maintenance, error correction, or other changes. In no of the foregoing shall SAMSUNG be liable to You or any third party for any loss or damage.
n) User's Own Responsibility and Proper Conduct. You undertake to use the Application and all its features in accordance with current legislation, morals, public order and these Terms of Use, refraining from using the Application to carry out activities that are illicit, immoral or that in any way violate the rights of third parties.
o) You may not reproduce, display, copy, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, provide, make available to the public, through any form of public communication, any content to which you have had access on the Application.
p) Access Logs. Without prejudice to the storage of other data as provided for in these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Notice, You acknowledge and agree that, in compliance with Law 12.965/2014 (Civil Rights Framework for the Internet), the Application maintains data related to the User's access records. Such data may include Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses used by You, as well as the date and time of use of the Application, access times to sections of the Application.
q) Permissions. It is possible that some servers store copies of the pages consulted by You in the Application in their cache with the sole purpose of improving the speed of traffic on these pages. You expressly consent to such storage, without prejudice to other possibilities reserved to SAMSUNG under the terms of the Privacy Notice.
r) Intellectual property. The User does not acquire, through these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, any intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights or rights to confidential information or trade secrets, over or related to the Application, as well as to the database composed of User data.
s) Any and all content made available on the Application, as well as any and all databases constituted by SAMSUNG belong exclusively to SAMSUNG and are protected by Brazilian law, especially with regard to intellectual property and copyright. As the exclusive owner of the intellectual property of the mentioned database, SAMSUNG may use it freely and in the way that best suits its interests. Exceptions to this rule will be provided for in our Privacy Notice.
x. Duration and Termination. The availability of the Application's functionalities to Users has an indefinite duration. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, SAMSUNG reserves the right to decide on the termination, suspension or interruption of the features offered, and may do so, unilaterally and at any time, without the obligation of prior notice to the Users.

xiii. Conflict resolution. These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with Brazilian law and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Manaus District Court.
